Onam celebrated on 1st September 2023 inside IMPACT college campus brings together students in a colorful display of Kerala’s rich culture and tradition. The festivities include the creation of floral carpets known as Pookalam, traditional dances like Chenda Melam, and Onam Sadhya (feast) featuring delicious Kerala cuisine served on banana leaves. Students engage in various competitions such as tug-of-war, and cultural performances, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. Onam celebrations within the college campus serve as a platform for students to embrace and showcase Kerala’s vibrant heritage, promoting cultural exchange and unity among peers.
