Dr. Sri Ram Padyala is an accomplished academician with nearly 29 years ofteaching and research experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. Heholds a Doctorate in Finance from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and hasearned additional qualifications including an M.Phil from MS University, a Lawdegree from Acharya Nagarjuna University, and an MBA from IGNOU.Dr. Padyala began his teaching career in 1996 at TJPS College, Guntur, andlater served at PB Siddhartha College, Vijayawada. He joined Goa University in2011 as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, where he serveduntil April 2024. He taught M.Com, MBA (Financial Services), and Executive MBA programs, specializing in Finance and Accounting. He has guided 12 Ph.D. scholars (8 awarded), supervised over 150 postgraduate dissertations, andserved as Program Director for the Commerce program at Goa Business School, Goa University for three academic years. He has presented research at over 40 national and international conferences. He has published 42 research papers, including 27 in UGC-recognized journals, 3 in Scopus-indexed journals, and 12 in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Dr. Padyala has also been actively involved in university governance as a member of several academic and administrative committees, and has adjudicated doctoral theses from universities across India.
Ganesh Shetty is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management at Impact Institutions of Management Studies. With a strong academic foundation in Accounting and Taxation, he holds an Mcom with a specialization in Core Accounting and Taxation.
Ganesh brings a rich blend of academic, corporate, and entrepreneurial experience, making an asset to both the institution and her students.
S.K. Charualtha is joined for Impact Institute of Management science since October 2022, She joined as an assistant professor. She is an optimist to the extent of thinking that ‘any problem is a hidden opportunity’. After completing her under graduation she started her career as an assistant in corporate world and had worked for famous companies like Skyline group, BPL group etc. By completing ACS Intermediate she got into company secretarial line however, after marriage and mothering a child she decided to have a work life balance hence pursued her post graduation in Commerce (M.com) and secured first class too, while working as a Tally trainer. Began as a PU lecturer at Bharati PU College and served for two years. Later moved to Brindavan group of institutions as assistant professor teaching for UG. Joined International Institute of Business studies as assistant professor, later promoted as HoD of Commerce and Management departments and had a long service of 5 years. She thought fit to pursue a master degree in psychology and secured it also as knowledge of psychology is imperative to make class interesting and successful in She had served as visiting faculty at IIBS, Karnataka group of institutions and Akshaya college. 
Shalini Jain is an academician and marketing professional with expertise in banking, marketing, and international business. She completed her graduation from Presidency College and post-graduation in International Business from Mount Carmel College, later working as a KYC Analyst at KPMG. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Marketing at Presidency University, she has over two years of teaching experience in Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, International Business, and Soft Skills. She also leads student development initiatives and serves as Head of
the B.Com Department, contributing to academic leadership and departmental growth.
POOJA M is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the MBA department at the Impact Institute of Management Studies (IIMS), having joined on May 2, 2025. She brings valuable corporate experience, having worked at IBM as a Process Delivery Specialist from 2022 to 2025. During her tenure, she developed strong expertise in finance operations, particularly in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel and Expenses, and Invoice Processing. She was recognized for her outstanding performance and proactive approach to process improvement. She also holds certifications from IBM in Finance and Accounting Essentials and Enterprise Design Thinking, further strengthening her academic and practical foundation. She completed her M.Com in 2021 and B.Com in 2018, both from Sindhi College. Her blend of academic excellence and real-world financial expertise makes her a strong asset to the MBA program, offering students industry-relevant insights and practical knowledge in financial operations and business process management.
Sib Kumar Singha is currently serving as the Assistant Professor and Head of the Department (HOD) for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program at the Impact Institute of Management Studies (IIMS), under the IMPACT Group of Institutions, Bangalore. He has been holding this leadership position since April 20, 2023. Beyond his academic responsibilities, he also plays a crucial role in managing the official websites and social media platforms for all three institutions under the IMPACT Group, significantly contributing to their digital presence, branding, and outreach efforts.
With a strong academic foundation, Mr. Singha holds an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Assam University (2019), a B.Tech from Maharishi Dayanand University (2013), and a Diploma in Engineering from NERIST (Deemed University, 2010). His teaching expertise includes core computer science subjects such as Computer System Architecture, Operating Systems, Discrete Structures, and Data Analytics.
In addition to his academic career, Mr. Singha brings valuable industry experience from working with reputed IT companies like Tech Mahindra, Opaan Technologies, and HCL Technologies. During his tenure in the IT industry, he was involved in a variety of roles related to web development, software development, and enterprise solutions, which enriched his practical understanding of technology and its real-world applications.
He is also actively engaged in research and development projects involving Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and Full-Stack Web Development, where he mentors students and collaborates on innovation-driven solutions. His well-rounded profile as both an educator and technologist makes him a dynamic contributor to the academic and professional growth of his students and the institution.

Thribhuvana B K is a dynamic academician and technologist, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Impact Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore. Jilsha Jose is a dedicated and dynamic academic professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor at IMPACT IIMS, Bengaluru, since September 2024.She has acquired MBA in International Finance from Calicut University in Kerala with first class. She holds 1 year of academic experience in teaching and curriculum development, complemented by 2.5 years of corporate experience. Possesses a strong foundation in human resource and marketing and a passion for bridging theoretical knowledge with practical industry insights. Mrs. Sobana Subramani has joined the Impact Group of Institutions as an Asst. Professor of English in the year 2014. She has a wide experience in the field of teaching both in India and abroad.She has the credit of teaching in the Impact Polytechnic, Engineering, Arhitechture and UG Department. She has a masters in English Literature and B.Ed. from Annamalai University.
Athira VR is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Impact Institutions of Management Studies. She is currently the Head of the Department for BCU – MBA Department, prior to which she was heading the BBA Aviation Department. With a strong academic foundation in Human Resource Management, she holds an MBA with a specialization in Core HR from Surana College and is currently planning to pursue higher studies to deepen her expertise in this field. Athira brings a rich blend of academic, corporate, and entrepreneurial experience, making her an asset to both the institution and her students.
She began her academic career with two years of teaching experience at Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, where she played a key role in conducting placement training programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition to her teaching career, Athira has corporate experience as an HR professional at Indegene, where she was involved in recruitment, employee engagement, and strategic HR operations. Prior to joining academia, Deepak held key roles at Northern Operating Services Pvt Ltd (a division of The Northern Trust Corporation), excelling in investment compliance monitoring, private equity performance analysis, and wealth management reporting. With hands-on experience in tools such as Bloomberg, Compliance RADAR, Private I, PACE, and DART, Deepak has played a pivotal role in data reconciliation, risk detection, breach resolution, and compliance rule coding across domestic and global portfolios.
