Bengaluru City University (BCU), formerly Bengaluru Central University, is a state university located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It was formed in 2017 and renamed in 2020. The university was formed in 2017 following the trifurcation of Bangalore University,Dr. Venugopal K R, UVCE Alumni, Principal UVCE was the Special Officer to the Government of Karnataka for Trifurcating Bangalore University.

My College , the world of colors which I saw and entered 4 years ago where I had new experiences , met new friends and learned a lot of new things. THe campus itself is a green campus where you can feel the pleasant atmosphere with every foot step. The faculty members and our director were a great asset, who helped us and guided each student with their problems. I was an introvert when I was in first year and today I am the college president- a change in life was never expected.

Well I feel so lucky that I got placed in Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. We have such excellent and encouraging faculty. We are facilitated by Digital Library which is super beneficial. Co curricular activities are given equal prominence as like the academics so we get to enjoy each events organised. Canteen and the Cafe Coffee Day are the best place to hangout. And The Best part in our college is the Campus which is so green, it’s a visual treat to our eyes and fills our day with such a positivity, for that it’s a two thumbs up.

I am a student of Computer science department and all the teachers in this department are very good and they support the students in both curriculum and co-curricular activities. Though the campus is small, it is green, it is too peaceful and has a good environment for one to study effectively. There are many events held in the college in which students can take part and it creates a platform for the students to build many skills in them. Placements:There are placement training classes held right from the first year of the course which helps to build all required skills for a student to be an extraordinary engineer.
