IMPACT’s placement cell is a student initiative that works for the benefit of the students of the college by providing them with internships and placements. It is composed of students from all the courses as well as teachers. The working of the placement cell is largely digitized, transparent and well-defined.

The main aim of theIMPACT placement cell is to provide placements and internships to students of the college enrolled in various courses. It also helps students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employment-seeking skills and ultimately to attain desired employment. This is accomplished through building a strong partnership amongst students, alumni, faculty-members and industries.

IMPACT’s placement cell organizes various activities and events that help students develop essential skills and knowledge to secure a job in their desired field. It plays an important role in preparing students for the recruitment process.

IMPACT’s placement cell also provides a platform for its members to work in a group by developing Standard Operating Procedures of their routine work, setting targets, analyzing them, preparing reports from the feedback taken from stakeholders, and utilizing and operationalizing that learning.
