The career guidance and training cell (CGTC) is a department within an educational institution that provides career guidance and counseling services to students. The CGTC typically consists of a team of counselors who are trained to help students with their career planning. The CGTC may also offer a variety of resources and programs to help students, such as career assessments, workshops, and job fairs.
