Placements
Our Institutions have a Centre for Student Services and Placement, which gives personal and career counselling to the students. The idea is to enable students to effectively cope with life at College as well as in their career. One of the major objectives of the centre is to help students in obtaining internships and placements in reputed companies across various industrial sectors. Assistance is also provided to students in procuring higher education opportunities. The College offers special coaching for its students. They are also encouraged to present technical papers at seminars in other colleges with a view to improving their research and presentation skills. Also, during the last few years, several personality development programs have been conducted by experts from industry.
The Training and Placement Cell at IMPACT handles campus placement for B Tech, M Tech, BBA and MBA graduating students of ICEAS. The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.
Placement cell is responsible for the following:
- Organize campus interviews for final year students and summer internship (training) for third-year students with industries and reputed business from all over India.
- Prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
- Promote career counselling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel.
- Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets
- Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills
- Collaborate with industry for live projects, Research work, Workshop or any academic alliance, Industrial visit with many industrial organizations.
